(Makes approx 20)
200g unsalted butter
2 cups caster sugar
1 cup baking cocoa
125g Pecan nuts
1 cup plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
125g chocolate chips
Melt the butter and allow to cool.
Stir in the sugar and cocoa until combined.
Fold through the chocolate chips, pecan nuts.
Stir in the flour and baking powder until combined.
Add the eggs one by one and stir until combined.
Pour the mixture into a lined baking tray.
Place into a preheated oven at 160°C for 45 minutes.
